Joseph Edouard Aimé Doumenc (1880-1948) was a French General and organizer of the Voie-Sacrée.

He was appointed Brigadier General in 1932, then General of Division in 1935, then General of Army Corps in 1937, then Army General in 1939. He was Deputy Chief of Staff General of the Army in 1933, then Commander of the French 1st Infantry Division in 1936, then Commander of the 1st Region in 1938, then Head of the French Delegation in charge of negotiating an agreement with the USSR in 1939, then Commander of the Anti-Air Defense of the Territory in 1939, then Major General at the GHQ of the French Land Forces in 1940, then Commander of the 9th Army in 1940, then Commissioner General for National Reconstruction in 1940.
